The example
/examples/epd2in13bc.rswas not working properly because the chromatic pixel was not set to white causing the whole screen to turn red (chromatic). This patch fixes that. I have tested this fix on the 2in13bc using the example and my own application, but I do not have access to other screens to test on. I tried to only change the behavior whenbwrbit==true
